5 Things I Share with Every Couple Before They Book Me

The most common concern I hear from my couples is feeling & looking awkward in their photos. Let me assure you, you won’t! Just don’t overthink it, it’s not about knowing how to pose or whether you think you're photogenic. My approach is to capture your natural moments, focusing on you being yourselves and enjoying your day. Trust in me to highlight the genuine emotions that make your relationship special.
2. Our Journey Together
You have had my brochure, you’ve seen a package you love that fits your wedding day, we meet up or chat over a video call to get to know each other better. This is a crucial step in ensuring you feel completely at ease with me. Building that trust means you can relax and enjoy your day, knowing your photos will authentically capture your joy and love. It is so important to book a photographer you feel ‘in with’, one you can trust so you can be fully yourselves, and one that you LOVE their work. If you are not ‘all in’ with your photographer and don’t trust their advice and give out endless shot lists, then neither you, nor your photographer can ever be fully in the moment. And this may reflect in your photos.

I specialise in candid photography, mostly capturing spontaneous moments that tell the true story of your wedding day. For your portrait shots, I'll provide gentle guidance to help you feel comfortable and natural, focusing on your genuine interactions.
